Revitalized and redefined company infrastructure, Information Security program and policies. Formulized vulnerability management tool set and SIEM tools to streamline teams’ operations complying with ISO 27001 and Centre for Internet Security (CIS). Delivered a fully PCI-DSS compliant remote working infrastructure which allowed Avantia to respond to COVID-19 within 24h notice with no disruption.

 Transformed telephony platform, security monitoring tools, SSO Authentication platforms from on-premises to cloud-based technology. Created business continuity and disaster recovery plan with risk mitigation strategies to ensure maximum productivity and reliability. Strategized operations, change management, capacity monitoring and system information and event log management (SIEM).

Technical Architect  for the implementation of new datacentre solutions, Infrastructure, VMWare environment and monitoring solutions, delivering highly available and resilient services, supporting the VistaJet 24/7 and global operations.

Project Manager on the migration from On-Premises Microsoft Exchange to Office365 enhancing global operations. Defined various IT policies including change control, incident management, help desk ticketing system, and operation manuals.

Implemented Email Security and Archiving solution using Mimecast Cloud services.

Implemented ITIL based processes such as Change Management, by creating and chairing the Change Advisory Board where all technical changes were enforced and authorised.

Reshaped the security posture of the company through the implementation of segregation of duties and and the introduction of tight controls for administrative accounts, as well as re-structuring user permissions across corporate applications, file servers and other data assets based on a RBAC (Role Based Access Control) model.

Main Achievements​

• Expanded business on international level by restructuring BCP and disaster recovery strategies resulting in attractive external investments. 

• Facilitated remote staff by implementing a Citrix environment used by remote branches around the world lessening local infrastructure dependency and improved security in remote offices.

• Greatly improved the performance and reliability of all critical services to the VistaJet global operation
